The Inn at Spry Point
On A White Sand Beach in Eastern Prince Edward Island
Since 2000, The Inn, located at the tip of Spry Point in Little Pond, Prince Edward Island, has been the setting for countless summer getaways, beach weddings, and memorable events including family reunions and group meetings. Thousands of feet of waterfront make us PEI's true coastal sanctuary, an escape that makes you recognize the secret to getting ahead is knowing where to get away.
Each of our 15 guest rooms is bright and airy by design, furnished with hand-picked antiques, many with private decks and large windows looking out over our stunning trails and coastline. Our Wine Bar features local PEI cheeses and charcuterie, complemented by one of the Island’s largest wine cellars, with pairings by Innkeeper David Wilmer, curator of numerous Wine Spectator Award-winning wine lists.
The Setting atop PEI's quintessential rocky red cliffs and deep blue waters is breathtaking in every season and is the perfect, secluded destination for your seaside holiday or coastal wedding. The trail is back! We reclaimed the trail that goes along the perimeter of Spry Point over the winter. Take a hike, scenic views abound, and lose yourself in the sanctuary of the woods with nothing but beauty, peace, and privacy.
There is no such thing as bad weather when the sea surrounds you; a great day is just that, a great day and should the weather not be cooperating, this is the spot for storm watching. If you are a star watcher, Spry Point is the perfect location for star gazing at night without light pollution. Unlike other parts of the island, our rural setting is not commercial. Nature-based adventure such as cycling, kayaking, and eco-tourism are all big attractions: we have nature trails that go through the woods and along the shore offering incredible vistas; hiking; beachcombing; sea glass collecting; sea kayaking; and biking.
Guest Review
"Lovely hotel situated in one of the best locations on the Island. Quiet, peaceful, and absolutely beautiful spot with a gorgeous sandy beach just steps from the inn. David Wilmer is an attentive and thoughtful host who takes excellent care of his guests, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Can't wait until we can go back again—this is my new favourite vacation spot on PEI."
