Guaranteed Reservations
Room reservations may be guaranteed with a deposit of one-nights stay. Deposit for our summer homes is fifty (50%) percent upon booking. We accept Mastercard and Visa or personal cheques. We allow fourteen (14) days after the reservation is made for the deposit cheque to arrive by mail before a reservation is cancelled. Please note that all credit card deposits are processed immediately.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations deposits, less a service charge of $30.00, will be refunded if cancelled up to seven (7) days before arrival. If you must cancel within seven (7) days of arrival, please call. If we are able to re-book your room, we will refund your deposit less the $30.00 service charge. If we are unable to re-book your room, your deposit will be forfeited and we will require payment for the days reserved in full.
Early Departures
Early departures are considered cancellations and are subject to forfeiture of your deposit payment. If we are able to re-book your room, we will refund your deposit less the $30.00 service charge. If we are unable to re-book your room, we will require payment for the days reserved in full.
Late Arrivals
If arriving past 10:00 PM, please contact us to make arrangements.
Check In
Guest rooms are normally ready by 2:00 PM. Summer Homes are normally ready by 4:00 PM
