CONDITIONS: Guaranteed Reservations Room reservations may be guaranteed with a deposit of one night's stay. We accept MasterCard, Visa and personal cheques. We allow 14 days after the reservation is made for the deposit cheque to arrive by mail before a reservation is cancelled. Please note that all credit card deposits are processed immediately. A copy of the receipt will accompany your confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservation deposits, less a service charge of $30.00, will be refunded if cancelled more than 7 days in advance of arrival. If you must cancel within 7 days of arrival, please call. If we are able to re-book your room, we will refund your deposit less the $30.00 service charge. If we are unable to re-book your room, your deposit will be forfeited. Minimum cancellation fee one night if not re-booked. Early Departure Early departures are considered cancellations and are subject to forfeiture of your deposit payment. If we are able to re-book your room, we will refund your deposit less the $30.00 service charge. If we are unable to re-book your room, we will require payment for the days reserved in full.
EARLY DEPARTURE: Early departures are considered cancellations and are subject to the same policy.
LATE ARRIVALS: If arriving past 10:00 PM, please contact us to make arrangements.
CHECK IN: Guest rooms are normally ready by 2:00 PM.
CHECK OUT: Guest rooms: 11:00 AM or by arrangement.
