Dining at the point
As you open your car door to get out, a refreshing sea breeze hits your face. Surrounded on three sides by water you walk to the entrance and into the lobby with a wall of windows soaring to cathedral ceiling and cupola some 32' above. You are greeted with a welcoming smile and the opportunity to either relax on the balcony with a beverage or go directly to the dining room. Meet the chef
Joining us to run our kitchen this season is Chef Nick Farkas. Moving from our sister property after a year at Bay Fortune, Nick is back on the Island having wintered in Montreal. Nick has worked in Vancouver and Kelowna, BC starting in the industry in 2000 at Vancouver Community College with his apprenticeship at Le Petite Geneve, Kerrisdale, BC and finishing his on the job training apprenticeship program at Pastis Restaurant in Vancouver.
